I am a 21 year old male, 180cm in height and I weigh 80kg. Since my last post, I managed to lose 7kg of excess while maintaining my strength in almost all areas of my lifts however, the flu I recently had gone through could also be a contributing factor to my lowered performance.
I would like to lose fat as my body fat percentage is still around 15% - 20% furthermore, the usual muscle gains would also be appreciated!
Another question I've had is how viable would it be to do only one or two cycles and then go off?
Any help would be much appreciated.
