I'm taking rad 140 and lgd right now
For an 8 week. I'm on day 3 should I take the dose on an off day? I lift 6 days a week I take off Sunday's

What else are you running?

Everything I'm taking is Rad 140 at 15 mg LGD at 10mg and other supp are test booster which is prob not needed but, jym pre jym prote, and possibly a fake ph.. I ordered it before o figured out that sarms can only be available via liquid.. It's in capsule form and the nutrition label says ostagenin and hydro laxogenin it's probably neither of those but I'm still taking it going to do a full pct afterwards just incase

I would add in GW I almost made a stand alone thread today about my experience with it on day #19
The endurance is off the hook, I can do 45 mins on the treadmill @4.2MPH incline 5% where before I was doing 25 mins @3.2mph and 3% incline!!
I could stay in there and keep going...LOL I know there is NO WAY this is placebo!
I'm also a rock drummer on the side, my drum solo would be 2 mins and I thought I was having a heart attack, now I can go a solid 5 mins and walk off and have my breath back in 45 seconds to a minute....;)

Eight weeks is a little short on the SARMS run though. As Dylan would say. ......You're leaving gains on the table! Go at least 12 weeks to maximize the money you're spending on the SARMS.

yes, absolutely correct... its like starting something, getting 3/4 of the way through and then just stopping... 12 weeks provides max benefits which is what you should be after... you never leave gains on the table..
