I would like to do an 8 week recomp... I'm not a fan of S-4, so can I use Lgd-4033 instead? How would doseing work for 8 weeks of LGD & GW50? Also, I have half a bottle of Clomid and half a bottle of Ostarine sitting around...would it be ok to use as mini PCT?
 
Lgd and GW are a great combo for recomp. I'll give you your dosages and pct below. I highly suggest running a full 12 weeks to get the full benefit from it

1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

bro, how can anyone answer that if we dont know your goals from the cycle??? its not as though one is "better." It depends on what you want to accomplish... you cant be so vague with your questions and then expect a clear answer... vague questions get vague answers

I'm 46, about 195, 12% BF. I am looking to do a recomp...some new muscle and a little less body fat. I have only ever used Ostarine. I honestly cant seem to find a difference between the RAD and LGD with the exception that RAD gives a little more love to the prostate. I do see that RAD is more like Test...who dosent like that! So my question is, witch one would be the best to stack with the GW?

mk2866 has healing benefits unlike any other, as well as lean muscle building, muscle wastage prevention and feelings of well being... rad has more endurance, strength and lean muscle are similar but strength may be in favor of rad as reported by many... the best recomp stack of JUST two that you can run is S4 and LGD and you can add GW to make it a more complete stack OR the ultra recomp stack which is one of the most popular on the site is rad, S4, LGD and Gw... thats a MEAN stack...

If you have to pick just two, I'd stick with LGD and S4, but for recomp you can't beat the ultra Recomp stack like Dylan mentioned which is LGD, RAD, S4, and GW

would i run the RAD at 20mg in am per day? And as far as the GW goes...30 minutes before excercise...I do cardio in the am some days, workouts are late in the day. So would i take it 30 min before morning cardio days and 30 mins before workout days? I never do both on the same day...

jbellx3, your goals/use of Osta sound similar to mine. I used Osta for 22 days before running out and it was just starting to give me some nice strength gains and I felt great! My next run will be a stack so your thread caught my interest.

I guess what I found is more for strength/bulking but it's nice to see which items are stacked together. You mentioned you were not a fan of S4 which is the same reason I was looking at the above stack. The more I read though, it seems like S4 isn't something to stay away from. Each individual has to access their own tolerance/reaction to it.

Yes 20mg per 4 day in the am for RAD, and gw is 30 minutes before workout, and you are fine to dose before cardio on non workout days, but I prefer to dose the same time every day to keep consistent

you need to just stick with the a.m. dosing.. the half life is too long for a split.. it will work continuously throughout the day... there is no need whatsoever in any way to split doses...

yes, rad is 20 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m. Rad is quickly becoming the favorite of many but ostarine is probably the most consistently used of any sar as well..
 
I did LGD and GW, if you acne prone you will breakout I got bad chest breakouts. But it was great! I got a lot stronger and no matter what I ate or strayed from my diet I could not gain any fat!

absolutely... i just did a video on treating acne as well so that will be of great benefit when i publish it so make sure to watch it... thanks for the feedback... GW is amazing for keeping things as clean as possible as you already know!
