S4 dosing with tabs

Hey , Now that a lot of the sarms are in tablet form, how do you go about increasing the dose accurately.

The tabs are scored... Split them if needed.

it more difficult to increase gradually with caps.. if you have tabs, you can split them but otherwise, if its caps, you likely need to stick with just 50 mg... you can always attempt to kick it higher but thats a risk in having the vision sides hit you quickly... thats up to you on what you want to attempt to do...
