How do I dose my s4? I know GW is 30 min before workout but what if I do cardio fasted in the am?? Do I dose it during my fasted cardio in the am? Or when I train around 8-8:30 pm?? And as for s4 what dose to see the maximum strength and size
hmm, thats a tough one, it depends which workout you want the most benefit from... If you are cutting, then before the cardio, cuz you'll hit that cardio like an 18yo virgin. If bulking or maintaining, then before your weights.
as for S4, its dosed twice a day, 25MG each, spread 4-6 hours. Some people have run higher doses.

I would personally just dose in the am before the cardio. You will still see the performance benefit later in the day when you do your regular workout because of the 24 hour half life
S4 is dosed 25mg in the am, and 25mg 4-6 hours later

dosing s4 near your workout is not necessary.. it is not going to have any effect on your performance that day... you just need to keep the doses split 4-6 hours apart and you need to try to be consistent each day...

As s4 I meant like dosing as in quantity a day to get maximum most effectiveness, as for GW some days i do cardio in the am and pm and some days just pm due to school and work
