Was reading on this forum about reversing gyno as I just recently ran into it myself (puffy nipples, burning, tenderness) from taking a supplement Astaxanthin (No steroids or pro-hormones) and want to act FAST to get rid of as it's not only disgusting but just plain uncomfortable and needs to be dealt with.

My bloods in case this helps:

Estradiol = 32.4 pg/ml

Testosterone = 404 ng/dl

Prolactin = 4 ug/L

LH = 2 iu/L

FSH = 1 iu/L

SHBG = 24 nmo/l

9th wonder posted in another thread:

30mg of Rolox
20mg of Nolva
2.5mg of Letro

Questions are:

- By Rolox does he mean Raloxifene?

- How long are you supposed to run this cycle for?

- 2.5mg of Letro seems like a lot, can I taper up to see how I go?

- How does this compare with the Anti-Gynecomastia Cycle 3.0 from Evolutionary?

E.G

Week Letrozole Nolvadex Cardarine N2Guard
1 1.25mgs/ED 40mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 5caps/ED
2 1.25mgs/ED 40mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 5caps/ED
3 1.25mgs/ED 40mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 5caps/ED
4 0.5mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 5caps/ED
5 0.5mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 5caps/ED
6 0.5mgs/ED 10mgs/ED 20mgs/ED 5caps/ED

(Includes a taper period as well but formatting was shit).

first of all. thats NOT the anti gyno protocol you want and second, your estrogen is not even elevated man... thats in NORMAL range... ralox is raloxifene but you dont even need it

You’d be jacked up if you ran that much letro bro. You need to have estrogen... you can’t have too much or too little

you need to realize that your estrogen is in a GOOD RANGE... its a little higher than i like but not by much and its not even close to being an issue... so you will crush it and then you will have some problems...

I don't see anything wrong with your bloodwork indicating you'd have gyno issues. Are you sure it's gyno symptoms?
