Should protein intake be lowered on the days you're not training? I usually do 1.5g per lb, on my days off should I do 1.2? Thanks.

You always want to keep your protein at that level. Growth happens when you are resting and recovering, so it's probably even more crucial on those off days where your body is rebuilding and repairing the muscle from training.

Thanks Rick only thing is I was thinking, you guys are like <8% body fat so I can understand protein intake should be high. But for me I'm around 11%bf right now, so is it 100% necessary?

It's always necessary for growth and muscle preservation, and bodyfat level has absolutely nothing to do with it brother
