I've heard some bb's mention using probiotics to help digest the many meals consumed throughout their day.

Anyone have any thoughts or protocols on this? Preferred brands, doses, etc.?
 
Yessir. I use Probiotics every morning with my glass of Lemon water as soon as I wake up. Usually you can go to your local health foods store and the will recommend you a good one. The best quality will need to be refrigerated. It definitely helps with digestive health. Also you can add a Digestive enzyme to you regiment as well. Hope this helps.

I also use probiotics and a warm glass of lemon water in the morning or shot of apple cider vinegar. I can tell when I skip so it does make a big difference.

How many meals do you consume everyday?
 
Depends. My days are hectic so its usually Breakfast, Lunch and after w/o meals with 2 protein types snacks in between. Im in a cut right now so its high protein, with carbs in the 150 range. I also have a cup of coffee if the pings hit or add coffee to a chocolate protein shake to help with hunger. I try no to worry too much about it because then I start to dwell on food a bit and over eat.

Oh wow, try not to starve yourself brotha haha.
 
Prebiotics and digestive enzymes are better. Probiotics die off fairly quickly. Prebiotics feed your existing gut bacteria. Things like onions, leeks, artichokes aand garlic are among the best foods for this.

Sometimes I feel like I am...lol. Jacks right about pre's. Unfortunately in a cut I stay away from apples, bananas, cocoa, etc and these are the only pre's I like. Asparagus works but my piss smells the whole house up...lol. Supplemental enzymes work well also. Especially if your enzymes are deficient.

i use probiotics and essential enzymes which are digestive enzymes, absolutely... they actually do work unlike so many things out there... i definitely have been using them for quite some time

i travel with them etc. bro.. they do work... they make digestion far easier and many many years ago i ruined my stomach because of the fucking splenda abuse when i was far younger and these have been a game changer for me and fixed so much... garden of life is a top brand i love too...
 
Yes! Use them. Drink your bug juice! Liquid form in the refrigerated section at Whole Foods. Brand is Inner Eco young coconut kefir.
