You dont split the doses, just take them same time everyday all at once. I usually take my ai's and ancillaries at night before bed but you can do what works for you.

Less distractions at that time versus start of the day when trying to remember what all needs to be done that day for myself.

No real reason. Just happen to take them at that time and it works for me. Some guys like to in case they get any minor sides, they can sleep through it. Taking them in the morning is fine though bud. Gotta do what works for you.

Morning is fine too. It comes down to personal preference. I always dose everything in the morning
