The dose is 25mg per day dosed in the am right from the start. There is no need to taper up the dosage. MK-677 is taken orally, but do not take it under the tongue. 1. NEITHER bro, you dont inject sarms and you never leave them under your tongue.. you take it straight down... 2. in the morning generally... some have it interfere with sleep in the evening while others say it enhances their sleep further... 3. it makes no difference... 4. ramp up? no, you run it the same from start to finish...
