Hi, everybody. New to the forum here and already going through all the threads. Good stuff. Here are my stats:
Age: 28 yo
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 137 lbs (Tried to gain weight over the years, started at 120 years. Then stopped. This time around I started around 125, give or take) Ectomorph
Body fat: Coming shortly
Years of training: 4 months steadily (on and off over the years)
Goals: To bulk up and add as much lean mass as possible (especially in the next 10 mos).
Supplements: Currently taking creating and using casein protein before bed.
I'm pretty much a novice. I've been working with a buddy who is a certified personal trainer and does this for a living. Been to the gym on and off over the years. In the gym 5 days a week now (for past 4 months) on a regimented plan. My Immediate GOAL is to hit somewhere between 150 and 165 lbs. with as much lean muscle mass gained as possible.
I ordered MK 677 to help with my appetite - expect to begin next week. I'm bulking right now (about 2500 calories a day that I track on MyFitnessPal) but could use the side effect of increased hunger that comes with MK 677. I've done my research and I'm thinking of combining LGD 4033 (for 12 weeks) with the MK 677 and then running a mini PCT, clomid after. Thoughts on if I should run the LGD 4033 and if so, dosage thoughts? I was thinking of starting at 3 mg and increasing it to 6 mg max. Also, thoughts on adding S4 and or RAD 140 to that cycle? Too much for a novice? Willing to put in the work here but also trying to blow up in size as much as possible in the next 10 months, and then from there I can work at a steady pace with no deadline.
