Hey fellas, I am a newbie to the forums and I'm learning about sarms as I go. I'll introduce myself here a little and give the basics.
COMPLETE stats;
Age: 43
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 237
Body fat %: too damn much.....26%
Years of training: (this time) a few months, (previous) 15 years
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) two decades ago I ran a bunch, TestE first time, next came Sustenon250 and Dbol. Really like the sust and used it several more times with anavar or Dbol. Used clen to cut with and water pills. I was a regular for a long time on Alin forums and did a lot of business with IPChinaman, got burned a few times but mostly had decent interactions there and at Anabolex site I think it was.
PCT for each cycle: tamoxifen and clomid, that's all i had back then
Goals: get rid of my fat ass belly then put on some good muscle, not trying to relive the glory days just ready to be better again.
Supplements (if any) currently just some protein, creatine, BCAA, glucosamine and a preworkout.
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???): negative ghost rider on the allergies, I've started a keto diet with the wife and it's getting better
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.): yes, years ago when I was full blown AS body building I injured my shoulder terribly. I didn't listen to my body and continued on. It cost me eventually. I was at a place in life where I didn't have proper health insurance and so I put off the surgery as well as working out for a long time..too long... years actually. I finally had it fixed and have been getting back on the wagon some. I'm a long way out from where I want to be but hey, gotta start somewhere right?
That's pretty much the just of it. I look forward to reading as much as I can and getting bigger and better the right way not the McBurger way.
