NAC supplementation

Does anyone use this for detoxification?

The research I have done shows NAC to be highly beneficial in many ways one of them is detoxification.

Anyone use it? Any experience

Thanx for the input I was told NAC can help with realities issues which is something I seem to deal with regularly. Can anyone confirm this?
