Another day of 'doing amazing thanks' lol I'm looking at you @PSL
Close Grip Bench Press
Switched DB to BB and flat not slight incline
60kg x 8, 80kg x 6, 120kg x 1, 140kg (sleeves on) x 1, 160kg x 3 and 180kg x 3 (slingshot). Could have done more but was happy with this

Lat Pulldowns
2/3rd stack x 12 and stack x 12

Low Cable Row
stack x 12

Thick Handled Dumbbells
RH: 73.75kg x 3 x 2 (wanted 3 x 3)

Monday
On the way down I was 'shall I do the planned 370kg/814lbs or shall I max out?'. Part of the maxing out was tied into thought that if (and I KNOW I would have done it)I'd have done that I'd be good for a max. So...

Hatfield Squat
Bar x 12, 120kg x 8, 230kg x 4 (deliberately holding back here), 300kg x 1 (belt only), 380kg x 1 (belt and knee wraps. Then do I do a 20kg PB of 440kg/968lbs or do I do the 1000lbs? Decision made. 460kg loaded and done!! That's 1014+lbs. A lifetime PB. I may never do this much again but still wanted to do this before my 61st birthday in a few weeks time

As you can imagine I didn't much feel like doing anything else and yet was still at the gym for over 2 hours lol

This was powered by a combination of hard ass working for 45 years and my current TRT (200mg Test C). In addition I've done 4 weeks of 50mg Var and switched that to 50mg of DBol the last few weeks plus 20mg a day throughout of LGD. All via @PSL and all @EuroPharmacies. @~Vision~

1st session with former national record holding Gareth Felton. 745kg total (inc 190kg/418lbs bench and 275kg squat) at 90kg/198lbs and at age 23. He's now 40 and not lifted at all since he was 25. Bunch of issues including twisted gut etc. So very much a feeling his way / making sure he bloody arrived session lol
