Yes I'm talking real insulin and thank you for the warning and yes you are correct... Dead in under an hour to be exact...the normal use is after work out and was curious if any one has used it preworkout..

That can really set yourself up to go hypo in the middle of the gym if you don't get your intra workout carbs right. Like I said, I would never use it and I strongly advise others to stay clear from it, but for those that do decide to use it anyways the safest way would be post workout
