Morning everyone,

Before I start, here are my Stats.
COMPLETE stats;

Age: 46
Height: 5 ft 11 inches
Weight: 232
Body fat: too high
Years of training: 28yrs
Complete cycle history: Honestly there has been too many to post.
PCT for each cycle: Nolvadez/arimidex
Goals: leaner and tighter
Supplements: just protein powder and good food.
General idea of nutrition Gluten alergy
Any other relevant info: None

I am an electrical engineer from Austin. Competed NPC from 1996 to 2004 before deciding to get my education. After almost 15 yrs of having the same source, my source is now unfortunately gone. I used AlinShop many years ago, but something just doesn't feel right about the site anymore. I know I'm new here guys, but I'm just hoping to build some reliable relationships.

Morning Buddhabuilder

Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Back
Wend: off
Thurs: Chest /Biceps
Friday: Shoulders/ Triceps
I get cardio in 4 days per week, depending on how I am carrying weight I may do more.
Calves and abs are included in that with abs being trained with no weight, and because us black dude have to hit calves a tab bit harder, I get those in 4 days per week.

I change this up every 8 months or so.

Any suggestions?
 
That’s an interesting split. How many exercises, sets, and reps do you do currently?

Morning brother

I usually stick between 4 and 5 sets. 4 exercises per body part. Reps just depends on energy levels. 8 to 12.
Whats your schedule look like?
