Do clomid and nova need to be split dosed? I read a post somewhere once how nolva is taken before bed and clomid in the day and it makes it more effective. Lol doubt thats true though

Clomid and nolvadex both have a half life of 5-7 days. Our usual recommended protocol would say clomid at 25/25/50/50, and usually one dose perday. However in studies involving aids patients the doctors needed to get these men back to producing their own test ASAP. They used various protocols and did bloodwork every day. It was found that 50mg twice per day for 2 weeks was the most effective of every protocol tried. Though science and half life tells us that 25/25/50/50 will work and it was shown to work at 97% within the fourth week. However the 50mg x2 for 2 weeks gave nearly a 100% recovery. This is the protocol I have used for years, but it should be pointed that quite a few of the men went on crying jags in the second week of this more aggressive therapy.This was the number 1 side effect. The nolvadex study was about exactly like we recommend.

So to answer your question..yes once per day. To answer for me personally,Nolva as recommended but the clomid twice per day for 2 weeks.

Oh no man. Definitely no need to split doses. Nolva and Clomid both have half lives in days, not hours so that also means time of day to dose is irrelevant
