GW501516 and Crossfit

I wouldn't see a downside to using it at all really. It will just help your preformance further. Cross fit is like the ideal sport to use it in too.

i made it conducive to his goals bro, thats why... i never wrote nor did any videos saying gw and lgd were best together, not once did i produce that so i have no clue what info your getting... lgd's two best counterparts are s4 and/or rad140 not to say others are not excellent with it, because they are, but those are the two most ideal with it...

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

Crossfit??????? I just got a headache. I can appreciate a lot of things, but admittedly crossfit befuddles me beyond return.
It may do that but but you cant deny the shape it gets you in. Drop in one day and find out how good of shape you are NOT it. Lol like i did. Its my favorite thi g to do now.

GW is fantastic. It's stands alone on its own level for what it does for endurance and even strength in my opinion. Sarmsx is consistently potent and on point.

The only weight training I do is squats and deads. Lots of weighted, as well as high rep calisthenics, and maybe, I wouldn't say so much crossfit, but a sturdy boxing routine taught to me by my brother. He uses the old Ali training regimen which to me is the original crossfit. Maybe that is why Ali will always be considered the greatest heavyweight.For such a big man he moved laterally,forward and backward and had hand speed in both hands that would rival a lightweight. Add to that that he developed his core for the George Foreman fight so that the hardest hitting heavyweight ever, pounded Ali in the gut to no avail. Yes, if you master a boxing workout or a good crossfit workout you will see how out of shape the weights had you. The weights are great for aesthetics though. My brother has me taking GW now, but I am on week one. If it does as well for me as it has done for him then I will be quite happy.
