My 12+ weeks supply of MK-2866 & mini PCT arrived in the mail from Florida. Are there any supplements I can take while running the MK to provide the best possible experience? Are there any supplements I might want to avoid? I currently take daily, glucosamine/chondroitin, CoQ10, Omega 3 w/CLA, multi enzymes after meals. For pre workouts I take creatine, beta alanine, liquid aminos (pre & intra), and whey protein hydrolysate post workout. Oh and casein protein or cottage cheese or Greek yogurt before bed.
 
You are fine to take any supplements you want while on MK2866. There are no interaction problems at all. You don't have to take any type of supports because sarms don't aromatize and don't have negatives on your health like steroids

Sounds great. When should I start to notice more endurance/strength going in with the ostarine?
 
mk really kicks around the two week mark... what are your goals from the cycle? why are you only using one and not stacking?
 
I really am pleased to hear from jp that I should run GW with it. Now from my learned knowledge hear because of my inquires. It is my understanding that GW is not a sarm but a ppar. Now considering that it works almost instantly, that is very appealing to me. Fellas, I do above average (genetics) for an all natural never run a cycle before type guy. Issue is I always go heavy in the gym but run out of gas if I don't take long rests between sets. From what the fellas told me, it sounds like GW would kick start the ostarine. And from what Dylan said about MK kicking around the second week, guess by that point since i'd already been running GW, my gains would skyrocket? My goals are to go longer with the heavier, and from the ostarine, to protect me from DOMS and my joints, ligaments since volume and load will be increased

gw is the ultimate performance enhancer.. it can take everything you do to new levels and you see rather quickly.. you MUST push yourself because you will have a far greater capability... your vo2max will continuously increase and you have to help build it by pushing harder... with your goals, i would go with a sarms triple stack... that would be an excellent starting point OR i would go with gw, mk2866 and rad140... either stack would be great for you... i will give you the links to get everything you need for the triple stack followed by the layout...

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

Sarms stack together extremely well.

Running osta and GW is mostly a performance/endurance stack. I found (for me anyways) my HR went up 10 beats within a day from osta.

GW is stealth kick in the ass.

There are additional things you can stack that have additional benefits.

If you are looking to add lean muscle and strength, add S4. Want more muscle, add rad140. Wanna seriously kick ass, add LGD.

Sarms stacked are the only way to go, its matter of what you want out of it, and how much you wanna pay to do it.

Just for an example, my first cycle of lgd/rad/osta/gw amounted to almost 12 pds of muscle, and thats to an old guy at 59 years old. I did this as a bulk. Had I known then about the
synergy of S4 and LGD, I would have added it as well.

My upcoming cycle is a recomp using lgd, S4, Osta, Rad, GW and SR (for fat loss). I've hired a nutritionist to help me with my recomp after reading Dylans words of wisdom on recomps.

You've come to the right place, only use sarmsx (site sponsor), other stuff is bunk or prohormones (seriously no bueno).
