Its a pleasure! I would just like to say I have been watching your videos for sometime now and I am finally committed to a real cycle. I have ran orals of m-sten and epi before but lacked much knowledge on PH's.

29/6'0/currently 175/12% bf

I have been training for over 5 years now. A couple months ago I was 190 around 13% bf but had to cut to make weight. I am looking for a clean way to get back around 195 with lowering my bf below 10% but I am more concerned on my strength. I was considering running Eq after your last video on it. However, this is my first cycle and was wondering what your thoughts might be and what I should try. I am not the most knowledgable on this topic, so if you kindly have time could you maybe layout what all I should run and at what dose to include PCT. Your help would be much appreciated as always. My main focus is increasing strength, endurance, and adding a little size to my frame. My diet is and has always been on point. Thank you sir.

Cut to make weight for what? 175 @ 6'0 is very light.

You don't want to use steroids for your goal at all bro. For all of the goals you have, sarms are going to be the best choice for you. They are excellent for strength, lean mass, endurance, and fat loss with the right stack
