First Cycle Advice (RAD 140)

I was thinking of doing my first cycle with RAD 140 and wanted to see what advice people had.

I am 26, 6’0, and currently 205 dieting down to 170 - 180 range. I am leaning out currently and plan on running RAD 140 around the 170 - 180 range depending on how I feel. I am pretty good at hitting macro goals and getting in the required protein so I think my nutrition is good to go at this point. Just making my way down to my target weight. I am curious to see the gains in muscle size and strength, my body tends to pack on muscle pretty quickly once I start lifting (used to lift, got the flu, stopped going, got fat). I plan on starting RAD once I hit my target weight, more than likely 170. I will be eating in surplus then to lean bulk.

Questions:

What does a typical RAD cycle look like? What are typical results?

How many weeks and what dosages? When do I increase the dose.

Are there any other SARMS or pharmaceuticals I need to stack such as liver support?

I only need to PCT if my levels are low after a cycle right? Any advice on how to go about it meaning what to take and dosages? I plan on having enclo on hand either way just to be safe.

Do you keep your gains after a RAD cycle typically?

I am obviously a newbie so just testing to the waters. I am getting pre cycle, mid cycle, and post cycle bloodwork done through privatemdlabs. I know everyone’s body reacts differently, so just looking for some generic advice and safety measures.
 
With SARMs, they're going to be more mild. You'll be able to recover quicker afterwards. It's not like steroids where you get shut down. You're going to get more mild results at the same time. That's what you can expect from RAD.

RAD 140 is good but I like LGD better. It's more consistent.

Bros, first cycle, no need to be complicated: RAD and GW, that's it.
