First AAS cycle advice (detailed)

Hi,

Long time reader but new time poster here.

So stats first
Age 30
Height 181cm
Weight 200lbs
Body fat :guessing but 16-19
Years of training :competed at an international level in athletics(middle distance running) 10 years ago. Got injured, stopped training, got fat, started training and been training for 2 years now solid
Complete cycle history: 1 cycle of mk2866 20mg per day for 8 weeks
PCT for each cycle : no pct, just some testboosters
Goals : recomp for this cycle. Don't particularly want to bulk and don't want to cut either so would like to run a cycle , maybe bring calories at or just below maintainence. Lose some weight, lean up and maybe gain some muscle? Still relatively new to the gym game so there could be a few newbie gains left in me 😁
Supplements: Omega 3, fish oils, glucosamine, multivit. Glutamine with my protein and my preworkout is middle of the road as far as stim levels.
General idea of nutrition : no allergies and will eat anything except blue cheese, cottage cheese and mushrooms. Diet will be extremely strict for the next 18 weeks minimum.
Any other info: Nothing relevant!

Ok so taking the plunge into the AAS world in the next week or 2. Please don't ask sources of my stuff as I can't get into it, but all my stuff is 100% pharma grade and the sarms have been tested for purity and they're as pure as it gets.

So here is what I have available to me for my cycle.
25 x 1ml amps 250mg multiester test
Enough aromasin to run 12.5mg EOD for 6 months if I wanted 😂
Some Arimadex and Letrozole
Enough Clomid and Nolvadex for the standard 4 week PCT that Dylan recommends with enough left over to run an extra 2 weeks if needed.
Enough HCG to run up to 1000iu for 6 weeks.
2000mg mk2866 that I can dose accordingly and I know you guys won't like this one, but 2000mg of s23. Might have 2000mg of s4 come cycle time too.

Ok so now you know my stats and what I have available

So naturally looking at my gear people might jump to 500mg test a week for 12 weeks but it's my first ever aas cycle so I think I might get great gains off 250 or am I mistaken here?

HCG will be last 4 weeks cycle and standard Nolva + Clomid PCT as recommended with some mk2866, probably 25mg per day for 4 weeks.

The s23/s4 will be run for the 12 weeks at the same time as the test.

I work full time but can train twice a day every day if I want, one session will be 6am and other one will be 7pm, in a world class facility with everything I might want and more!

Any advice for me? Pitfalls to watch out for? 250 or 500 test? Suggestions as far as calories per day and macros would be great too! Even how I could split my routine would be good. Basically I want to look like a classic physique competitor. Anything and everything you say will be taken on board!

Work on getting your bf% down and revisit. Preferably around 12%.

I'd imagine I will be at 14% by the time I start the cycle. 16% or so at the moment as far as I'm aware (tested a few weeks ago with skin calipers and in a pool)

Not sure why I said higher earlier just being over cautious I guess 😂

You'll feel way better on cycle with lower bf %. Estrogen will be much easier to control.

Yeah sounds good. Would like to be down to 10% by the end of the cycle so that will obviously be much easier from a lower starting point. I have heard the estrogen is easier to manage at a lower weight so definitely worth taking that into account too. My main concern on cycle and post cycle is not to get Gyno so that's why I have all the ancillaries.

Plus if you want to do a bulk it's better to be down to 10% so you don't have to worry about excess bf when eating at a surplus.
 
Well it sounds like you already know our stance on S23, but if you are insistent on using it that's on you. Also our recommendation for pct is this

clomid 50/50/50/25//25/25
nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod

Thanks for the advice, forgot the GW, will pick some up.

Undecided with the s23. So the biggest known side effect is suppression but I'm running test. It looks great but fuck all studies done on it. I suffer with poor sight and my depth perception at night is terrible which is what puts me off s4, even though I know I may not get the sides. So it's either use a compound with next to no studies done or use one with loads of studies but that could potentially affect my sight which is bad enough as it is.

Any thoughts on recomp on first cycle? Everyone says bulk but is that a myth like 500g test? 250g or 500g test ( bear in mind I may run s23 which is seems can completely shut down)?
