Estrogen blockers!

Always been curious about this but are estrogen blockers hard on your liver or are they pretty mild?

It really depends on which ones you run. Aromasin is the preferred one because it's more effective and doesn't out the negative stress on your health values like others that can skew lipids and other health markers

so what would you say is a good pct but also a "healthier" one?

ok cool bro! But only a month? Isnt pct for 2-3 months?

No not at all bro. For people that are on very long suppressive cycles, sometimes we may recommend a 6-8 week pct, but normal recommended protocol for a standard cycle is 4 weeks

Depends on your definition of PCT.

If you only consider the amount of time taking PCT medication (nolva/clomid etc) than it's typically only 4 weeks.

I like to consider the time off of all AAS as part of PCT as well. So in my mind PCT is a 3-4 month process.

a general pct is 4 weeks however you can base and judge the length on what your cycle looks like... if your running a 14-16 week cycle as opposed to 12... you may want to consider a 6 week pct and if your go near the 20 week mark, 6-8 weeks would be recommended... it just depends on the circumstance... Watch this video i did on the importance of pct... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_JzXTKlOko
