ECA stack

Can someone tell me their results, side effects, and dosages of their eca stacks. Please only respond if you've used it before, thanks

Thats C/E/A . This is for the best synergy, but I wouldnt exceed 2 81mg baby aspirins a day.

Yes start with the dosage that King Wizard posted, and assess from there.

My dosage is usually 200mg caffeine, 25mg Ephedra, and 81mg baby aspirin

I've heard eca stack is favored because it has anti catabolic properties? Is this true? I've also heard the opposite

it will not eat your muscle down like t3 would in any way... its not going to build muscle but certainly won't hinder it either... nothing compares to sarms with cutting fat and preserving and adding muscle though bro
 
Yea Eca doesnt have anti catabolic properites at all. Im not really sure where that originated, I hear it all the time but it makes no sense and is not possible from a chemistry standpoint. For that id sip bcaas a little throughout the day if necessary

well said and the versatility of bcaas are beneficial throughout the day and should absolutely be utilized...
 
So it's a good idea when starting off with an ECA to take just one time each day. What would be the most beneficial time.

i like to take mine in the morning... it really helps with appetite suppression throughout the day... you don't want to take it too close to the evening as it could effect your sleep...

Thanks bro. I didn't know if people liked to take it directly before workouts or what. I lift at 5pm. After being up for 12 hours already. So it's safe to say that I can take the ECA in the morning and still use my preworkouts without issues?
