Yea Eca doesnt have anti catabolic properites at all. Im not really sure where that originated, I hear it all the time but it makes no sense and is not possible from a chemistry standpoint. For that id sip bcaas a little throughout the day if necessary

i like to take mine in the morning... it really helps with appetite suppression throughout the day... you don't want to take it too close to the evening as it could effect your sleep...

Thanks bro. I didn't know if people liked to take it directly before workouts or what. I lift at 5pm. After being up for 12 hours already. So it's safe to say that I can take the ECA in the morning and still use my preworkouts without issues?
