I came here for this to to make sure its the old S4S group. But one question! Rad 140 are 15mg pills. I know the go to is 25mg and that is what I have always done. Is 30mg a big deal or do I need to break up the pills?

the best dose, as i have covered in the past, is really 30 mg but its been too expensive for most to go with... so you certainly can run 30 mg of it.. i would not ever go higher than that but 30 mg is just fine to

Either 15mg or 30mg will be good. Up to you if you want to run lower and see how it goes or just double up right from the start.

You can break a pill if need be

They come in capsules with powder inside so it would be hard to break.
