cycle Questions Please

First, I wanted to thank you or all you do and second gotta say I love the vids!! Been watching your videos for quite some time and just recently decided to send you an email regarding some questions. I will be doing a TestE/Deca 250 cycle for 10 weeks with a t-bol oral in the beginning. This is my 3rd cycle, 1st was just testE, second was a tren ace/test p cycle and now this one. How does all this sound?



weeks 1-10 TestE 250 (1 ml 2x week)

weeks 1-10 Deca250 (0.5 ml 2x week)

week 1-4 40mg Turan Every Day

Weeks 1-13 0.5 anastrozole per day


weeks 14-17 Clomid 100/50/50/50
weeks 14-17 Novla 40/20/20/20




PCT - here is where i am a bit confused because I've read to not use Nolva pct with deca, I've heard mixed reviews about this and I am wondering if it is safe to use nolva and clomid together for PCT only?(obviously when the deca has cleared the system) also I've read all around that pct can be started from 10 days after last injection to waiting 3 weeks from last inj.

what are your stats bro?? its hard to make recommendations without knowing stats... age/height/weight/body fat???

First tell us your stats, goals, and experience bro. It's the first thing we need in any post before we can advise someone.

Your cycle looks decent, but it needs stretched out to at least 12 weeks in my opinion. Also I would use aromasin for your estrogen control at 12.5mg EOD. You should also have caber on hand in case of prolactin from Deca


Nolva is fine to run in pct after Deca once you allow the proper time to start pct two weeks after your last injection. It should be combined with Clomid among other things for a complete pct, which looks like this
