Bloodwork

The values are not doing a lot of good without reference ranges for normal which comes with the test. We really need the whole picture to look at everything correctly

What do you mean exactly bro? I did not get it seriously..

If it was truly 7.18ng/ml, then that converts to 718ng/dl which is terrific total test. Terrific means good, your triglycerides were very low but still in range, your total cholesterol is on the higher side but not out of range and HDL while okay could go up optimally. The free t4 range varies quite a bit, especially on the higher end, but you were 0.78 with an example range being 0.8-2.8. I don't know the numbers for the following but the rest looked fine to me:

Neutrophils: 2,73
Lymphocytes: 1,96
Eosinophils: 0,03
Basophils: 0,04
Monocytes: 0,36
Atherogenic Index: 4,02

So my test is very good and my Free T4 is not that good is it? What could I do to improve my Free T4 levels since they are a bit low? About triglycerides, total cholesterol and HDL, how could I keep my levels in a better range?

Thanks for your feedback, I was concerned about my results since it's the first time I've done so..

You're going to have to speak to doctor on the t4, I don't know if one test is could enough to make any kind of diagnoses on anything for that, especially with it barely being out of range.

The triglycerides, total cholesterol and HDL is mostly going to come down to your diet. GW501516 has a positive impact on these numbers as well. I wouldn't be too concerned with your numbers, they look decent to me. I might wonder about the t4 but I wouldn't jump to conclusions that there is anything dire, there is a lot of things that can skew some test results.

The main reason that I did this bloodwork was because of my concern about my thyroid and T4.. I always had a hard time losing fat despite being a sports athlete, lifting and having a good diet .. The test range was like 2-10.6 mine were 7.18

Usually bloodwork comes with a reference range, meaning "normal" ranges for a healthy person your sex/age. For example, a reference range of total testosterone could be 280ng/dl to 1100ng/dl.

Tomorrow morning I will post the normal ranges alongside my results , nor it's late bro
