Hi ISarms,

I’m running my first Sarms cycle soon and wanted to check to see if this was feasible/safe, especially with PCT.

A bit of background about me, I’m 185cm, 85kg and 13% body fat. I have been training properly since I was 16 and I’m now 22, almost 23. My diet is good, at the moment I’m taking in 300g carbs, 180 protein and 90g fats. This will be adjusted when I see how my weight/bf% reacts over next few weeks. I play rugby (outside back) and have had quite a few injuries but I’m looking for lean mass gains. My proposed cycle to critique is as follows:

1-8 weeks: LGD 4033 at 10mg per day
8-12 weeks PCT: Clomid 25mg per day, GW 20mg per day, natural test booster (probably d-asparatic acid + tribulus)

Training: 4 gym, 2 cardio per week
Supplements: Usual protein blend, + creatine + PWO

8 weeks is cutting it short on LGD bud. You really should run it a full 12 weeks. I would also recommend bumping your protein intake a bit. I recommend no less than 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight but preferably higher up to around 1.5g per pound
 
Hi guys,

I really appreciate the solid, honest feedback. It helped me out a lot. I did have another question though. Over the next few months I have a few birthdays coming up which involves some drinking. I realise there's no point spending money on sarms if it you aren't going to commit, but how much damage will it really do? Would the occasional binge damage the liver because of the increased stress from sarms, or will it be the same as usual where it is the extra calories/muscle wastage that are the main concern? Whilst I'll be training/dieting hard, sometimes I find it unavoidable when trying to maintain a social life so wanted your opinion on the damage/risks. Cheers for the feedback guys!
