Question for @DylanGemelli on ACP105. My goal is athletic performance, body fat reduction and lean muscle. I have watched your videos on ACP and am intrigued. If I stayed in a caloric deficit can ACP still help with body fat reduction and muscle hardness and leaning. I am trying to shed an extra about 5-8 lbs to reach my goals.
