    Training methods on cycle

What's everyones opinion on training protocols while on cycle? DUP vs linear vs concurrent periodization? negatives, cheats, super&giant sets, intraset stretching, etc... What programming has worked the best for you guys? I'm not looking for a right answer but more what has worked well for the individual. Anyone using GVT, Sheiko, Smolov, Bulgarian?

you are going to get a million different answers and it all depends on your goals... you are really just going to confuse yourself further... all i can say is trial and error and FIND WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU, not me, nor anyone else... its all about what works for YOU

I wasn't really looking for advice. I prefer mixing it up on my programs. It was just a general discussion on what other people like doing.

Picking things up and putting them down has been working well for me. lol I know there is a lot involved to some, I just do what feels right Like Dangans, usually switch it up quite often, heavy less reps, lighter more reps. I try and keep it simple.

Things don't change on cycle. What works off cycle works even better on cycle. Everybody has diffetent opinions on training programs and things work differently for everyone. I personally like DC training...High intensity low volume training, but it's not for everyone. You just have to find what works for you
