Hey Dylan iam a natty lifter i was going good but then i had a shoulder dislocation...now iam back in the gym after 4 weeks of rest.. Lifting light weights but this has surely hindered my physique i plan on competing in mens physique division i was planning to start a cycle when i turn 19.
Starting with an only test cycle for bulking then a test + winny for cutting.
Whats your take on it any tips or feedback is welcomed.
