I'm a novice when it comes to SARMs. I'm 39 years old, 5'8" and 196lbs. I work out two to three times per day Mon - Fri... Isometric, plyometric and circuit training with a little weight training thrown in here & there. I have a Thanksgiving family reunion coming up and would like to try an effective cycle before visiting my family.
My goal is to gain about 20lbs while shedding as much fat as possible... As safely as possible with the lowest risk of side-effects (of course). I would be most grateful for your help.
