Wanted to see if anyone deals with different muscle strength capacities. This is trip. First off, I'm right handed. My right bicep is stronger than my left bicep. However, my left tricep is stronger than my right tricep. It's perplexing! Obviously i'm using dumbbells. I can do equal amount of reps with both arms with the same poundage, but I struggle with the last 4 or 5 reps significantly with whatever arm muscle is weaker in the particular exercise I'm doing.
