Lower Prolactin - Dopamine

I realize I shouldn’t get medical advice here, but just wondering if there are any drugs that lower prolactin without affecting dopamine. I’m on a medication that lowers dopamine, so my prolactin is out of control. I can’t take caber or prami because it would decrease the effectiveness of my seroquel.
