GW501516 Question?

Hello Guys,

This is my first post here. Hope to have many more post in the future!!!! I have a question I have been up and down this board I generally see two answer about the dosing for GW501516 Cardarine. One says I should dose it 30 minutes prior to work out, the other says first thing in the AM. I typically work around noonish everyday give or take an hour. Which dosing time would give me the most benefit 30 minutes prior to workout, or in the beginning of the day?

I already appreciate this site just from reading others posts.
 
30 pre workout and on rest days just try to take it at the same time as you would on workout days
 
it makes no difference what time you take it.. it was thought for a long time there was extra added benefit taking pre workout but there's no reason you have to do it that way and not as though you are going to get some added benefit that way
