Kidney markers

Ran a cycle of test c (400/week) and tren e (200/week). For 12weeks.. Did PCT. Hcg (500iu eod) the last 2 weeks of cycle then Clomid and nolvadex for 3 weeks.. been off everything for 3 months now. Just got bloodwork done and my creatinine levels are 1.8 and GFR is 54 so my kidneys defiantly took a hit. My question is, is this condition reversible and if so how can I assist recovery. I'm 40years old 205lbs. Been weight training regularly since the age of 16. This was my 4th cycle ever in the past 3 years. Also taking tudca and coQ10

I can’t remember the kidney guidelines off the tip of mind, but isn’t 1.4+ over the top range?
Keep in mind that creatinine is high for almost every athlete.
My first question is hydration. I took a few blood samples where I wasn’t hydrated properly and one of my docs wanted to send me to a specialist. Ran a few more where I was hydrated and looked way better.
Tudca is mainly for liver and should only be ran for about 3 weeks at a time. There’s a few products out there for kidney support. I’m drawing a blank but will get back with you.

Tudca won’t do anything for the kidneys. I buy kidney cleanser for all my cycles. No idea how effective buts it’s good for the peace of mind. I stay on creative year round. Haven’t had bloods for kidneys but I have no bad symptoms such as orange urine or blood or any pains. Staying hudrated all day is a huge factor. There is more protection available for the liver compared to kidneys but tren certainly takes a hit on both

Up your fiber, drink plenty of water, and back off your protein for a while. The creatinine one isn't as big a deal but your filtration rate is. Monitor your blood pressure and make sure your hematocrit isn't too high. Thick blood is hard to filter

I had blood work done last week. Creatinine was 1.12 and GFR was 77. I work out too but I drink water constantly. Im only on 250mg test wk right now but tren didnt affect my kidneys, liver at 700mg wk.
