New guy, what's up. Spent the last few weeks searching through sites, studies, YouTube videos, and forums galore just to find my way here. I'll keep the intro impersonal, but still give you enough information to know me so that there isn't some lone wanderer jumping around the forums unhinged.
I'm 23, 6'1 with a crazy thick build that allows me to be 240lbs and stay under 20% body fat. (Not sure if relevant) I do have low-T. Developed it early on in life, highschool actually. And have fought, not with prescription, but by working my ass off in the gym and running everyday for years, and I still had a bit of pudge! But I felt great and knew I was healthy.
Getting a prescription is a pain in the ass, and since I am in the Army National Guard (yes I'm a Nasty Girl, kiss my ass) low testosterone on my medical record is grounds for discharge, it probably wouldn't happen but why risk it? Anyways, I'm honestly looking to get a performance edge in the military and to lean out. My workout consists of 6 days. 3 lifting (push/pull/leg split) and 3 run days with light to heavy abs every day.
