Just like TX TERROR said, definitely wanna use test as a base and for your first cycle you'll wanna just do a test only cycle. But before that, the guys who can help you are gonna want know your stats, training experience, diet, etc. So tells us a little about yourself and the members on here...

From what I hear it's different for everyone. The last time I ran it I didn't get much bloat. And on the other hand adrol doesn't usually make me bloat but the last time I ran it I did bloat like crazy. I'm sure some of the other guys will chime in on this.

Tuna is definitely my go to. They actually make some decent flavors in the tuna packs. But I usually just go with the 10oz can as my back up. And also whenever I leave the house I've gotten into the habit of taking a shaker cup with protein powder.....Can always find water somewhere

I am running long esters. Test E, tren storm, eq, with a dbol kick start. And I'll also be running a log so I'll definitely keep you posted on that. I may get some winny to throw in for the end of this....still shopping around..Lol
