hi I'm new here and looking for advice for my next cycle my previous cycle was 1-12 test-e 500mg 6-12 tren-a 150mg this all went fine and gained about 11 kilo (24.2 pound. I'm dutch) now I'm still in pct 3 weeks nolvadex on 20mg a day i already lost about 3/4 kilo but that's all water...
