    ECA should be dosed 2-3 times a day. Personally I say three is the latest you should take a dose because then it can mess up your sleep cycle. And don't consume any other outside stimulants while using the ECA

    You want to be in a very slight surplus ideally. 200-30cal surplus but alas, everyone is different so you have to play around with it. Invest in a food scale
