    Just read that article. Wow, pretty hardcore! Getting dehydrated to cut then bloating after weigh-in. I think that would have negative affect on my lifts. I read where Dan Green weighted in at 220. Then showed up on meet day 20lbs heavier! That's ridiculous!

    That's cool. It's still new to me and I want to kill my last numbers. And I'm not a TRT guy. I still cycle and PCT. So I'm gonna try to plan my next cycle around a Meet. I should be about 10 weeks into a cycle at time of next meet.

    It was really cool. West side is only 3 hrs from where we were. The Mono and benches we used were brought down from WS. Not sure how far you are from northern WV but I'll PM you when the next Meet is announced.

    When you say" For Better Results", do you mean better results adding lean muscle mass? If yes, then Yes, add more calories! If you've not taken Tren before you will soon see. You'll need the extra calories for the insane workouts your gonna have!

    I like his basic principles. Train heavy for strength and train light for speed. He pushes his guys to new. PRs each week. But they rarely do the 3 big lifts for heavy singles. He does different variations of them.
