Dr actually told me to keep range of motion. To ride the bike and that weight training would be ok with light to moderate weights. I'm hoping someone else is going thru same thing and has figured the exercises that stress the least.
I know leg extensions have always been trouble for me.
Sad Day guys! I've been dealing with knee pain for months. Finally got it xray'd. Dr says its mild to moderate arthritis. Cortisone shot made it feel much better.
So now I'm pretty sure my powerlifting competing days are over but I still love to train legs. Squat and DL.

Always great advice from Rick. As far as losing gains, I think every newbie worries about that. The key is to train hard on cycle and off. If it's a way of life no need to worry about losing. Good luck man !

Thanks Fed, and I agree. Whenever I mix in any oral into my cycle I pick a start date and an end date. And no matter how much I'm enjoying the pump I shut it down. And always try to protect the whole time.

Yes, they take strong Orals and hi doses but not for long reckless cycles. Idea is to time your training cycle with your steroid cycle so you peak on meet day. And then cruise it. But like everything, some will always push the limits.
I compete powerlifting and know a bunch. They run all the same stuff. Whatever gets you stronger.And everyone is different. I know guys who love Halo a couple weeks before a meet. All I got from it was terrible muscle cramps. I peak with test, deca and D-Bol.
Steroid.com says cyp half life is 12 days. So you would have no problems dosing one a week.
I know several guys who TRT without a Dr. And some of them even go week and a half to two. Not saying it's perfect but it works for them. Good luck!
