Okay I just put together a macro list last night of pretty much what I eat daily.
Breakfast = 1 cup of oats 2 tbsp of flax seed 1 scoop of protein - 500 calories 60g carbs 37g protein
Second meal = two egg salad sandwiches - 650 calories 46g carbs 32g protein
Third meal = 2-3 4 oz chicken...
yea I'm going to try more fatty meat like beef I've been mostly eating fish and chicken and just more snacks in-between meals I think my diet was too "clean" to bulk up. Going look through forums a bit for some good bulking diets, thanks again guys.
For sure ill reduce the volume and up the weight, I appreciate all the very helpful people here. I've been doing 10-15 rep range for a little lighter weight I'll try 6-10 rep range with higher weight less volume for the next month or two plus add more calories daily. Looking to put on 10+ pounds...

edit : im trying to do a clean bulk and gain quality muscle not just a bunch of fat, the most I've weighed while naturally training was around 140-145 lbs I constantly am increasing weight and cut out most cardio.
