Its mind & muscle concentration. There's no race , good form is the best way to look at everything. It's not how heavy, or more is better & never will be.. That's how injuries occur. Keep up with the good work...
I've recently tried the White Lightning & the Unchained P/WO and didn't get much out of it. Just bought Blaster Master, w/ creatine, bcaas & caffeine.. Will see results?????
4-1-17 Last day of low carbs, for a while. It's time to change it up & switch to gains now. Lost a lot of weight from beginning , going to add weight back on clean carbs. Really felt sluggish today in the gym, but I got through it!!! Still not much loss in strength but, I'll weigh myself...
Damn , Monty are in the ice cream aisle again. Mine is licorice & cashews. Just can't stop until the bag or can is empty, with diet pepsi of course!!!! And cashews the salt & pepper kind, talk about waking those taste buds!!!!
