    IMO, I wouldn't bother with the extra S4. If you are low on funds, I would use the funds on the GW instead of the increase on the extra bottles of S4.

    They are great, constant tension. Aim straight up when performing these to get full strain on muscle. I usually do these on an incline bench at like 35 degrees.
