Thanks Rick only thing is I was thinking, you guys are like <8% body fat so I can understand protein intake should be high. But for me I'm around 11%bf right now, so is it 100% necessary?
I took a similar one a while back, I've never taken again. Within like an hour after 2 caps heart rate raised very high, started having heart palpitations, lost all appetite literally had to force myself to eat, and felt extremely dizzy and sick around 3 hours later.
Right a big change has happened at work, now I'm working a much more physical job. Working 6 days a week atm, lifting heavy shit for a good 7-10 hours. I'm wondering how i should adjust my calories, because i already know I'm burning alot of calories but I'm not quite sure atm.
