    Personal preference. Low carb ketogenic diets got me from probably around 30% bodyfat plus down to around 15%. Lost a lot of muscle though, I'm now dieting with regular macros, 1.2-1.8g protein /lb 0.3-0.5g fat /lb And the rest with carbs.

    I've used DNP before, never again. I kept the dose at 200mg for only around 10 days. I didn't really have extreme sweating because I kept the carbs lowish, bed was drenched at night, got extremely sick around the 7th day, never again. Felt like absolute shit throughout.

    I've been recomping for my past sarms cycle and it's gone great. I've gained a couple pounds of muscle and dropped a couple pounds of fat. I'm pretty sure it's very difficult to recomp in single digit bf though. I always keep my kcals around 150-300 below maintenance.

    I'm pretty sure arms aren't a strong point for me . I'll give you an example, my legs are probably my best body part after back. Legs for me have always grown regardless of what I do. I can literally go in the gym do a 5x5 for legs and that's it and they'll still grow very well.
