No I'm with you... I'm not good at the nutrition part if this sport..that's where I need more knowledge... other guys have told me to eat alot. ... no matter what it is.... just try to burn the calories... you know a lot about the backgrounds of these foods...most people don't. I don't even know...
I'm out and about all day for work..always on the run... it's the cleanest I can eat when on the go.. I do take meals with me... but doesn't always cut it

I got real cut, vascular, off it so far which I did want, but I thought I would be gaining more lean muscle mass off it, but it doesn't seem to be doing that yet.. but it has made me look a lot better

I've been on 700mg of EQ and 350 test cyp now for about 2 months... can I add deca to this to try to get more size? I'm eating as much as I can and still can't gain size. If I do add deca how much should I add. Thanks

Has anyone ever tried tb500..it's peptide... I have some shoulder problems and a friend of mine swears that tb500 fixed his knees.... he had really bad knees and he told me to use it that it works miracles ...what do you guys think? Do u think it works?
