Anyone ran Brandon Lilly's The Cube Program ?
I am messing around with it now. It's quite complicated at 1st. I actually had to right out my own 9 week wave to make the numbers make sense. It seems like the volume of work is a little light for what I'm used to.

Just got back into floor presses and 2 board presses. Main reason is because my shoulder is quite stressed after pushing hard for 2 months. Floor press and boards allows me to lift heavy without the extra stress and the bottom.
I'm only gonna test my flat bench strength about once a month.

I've ran several cycles of test ant Tren. And even that just made me so f-ckin horny I couldn't stand it.
Damn! Tren & Halo? That's way too hardcore for me. I'm just having fun with this. Not willing to take those kind of risks.
I had a hard time recovering from my last Tren cycle. Not going near that stuff again.
Good point. I was not worried about tears. I feel like I had a real strong base to work with and I was just looking to get a few extra lbs on my lifts.

Put your Gear in a safe place and do a whole lot of research before you go any further.

So when you do reps of 10s and 8s are you getting a small bounce or a complete stop and regrip after each rep ?
Nice post tatman. I also enjoy powerlifting. Nothing at all against BBing. But the gym in more fun for me chasing bigger numbers. The you tube seems to be blowing up with Raw Power right now. I also watch Rubish.
