This May sound like a dumb question but with the higher protein synthesis of being on cycle would it benefit me to up protein intake to around 1.5g per lb of bw. I normally keep it around 1.0-1.2.
Ya I've had one for a while and check it often. I've noticed the rise in fasting and during the day levels. Nothing too alarming that's crazy high yet. My diet is mainly clean with a cheat here and there and I stick to mainly low gi carbs so hopefully I can keep it in check somewhat

ya I know. sometimes I wish mine wasn't so fast. it's a chore to eat that much sometimes, especially doing it clean . I guess I'll enjoy it while I can lol
